In my role as a network administrator troubleshoot, provision, and deploy WatchGuard firewalls, grandstream PBX’s, Unifi switches/AP’s, and windows servers. I also manage and set up Active Directory, domains, and remote management software (N-Able take control). Depending on the day I could be troubleshooting remotely, on site, or even doing an fresh install, punching down keystones, wiring buildings, and installing server/switch racks. My favorite thing about working at an MSP is coming across a variety of tech issues that I’m unfamiliar with and learning new things every day in my troubleshooting. Show less

I troubleshoot and maintain a variety of infrastructure including, but not limited to, HPBX, SIP Trunks, ONT’s, MikroTik routers, a variety of switch fabrics, MPLS, VPLS, and much more!
