Making over 8000 sales approaches, I improved my communication skills and english. I became more independent because I was alone. Most importantly: I discovered my strengths and weaknesses. During my second summer I had an opportunity to take part in the program as a manager. I improved my leadership skills and tried my hand at motivating others.
