  I'm the General Manager and Key member of the Senior Management Team at Burlington Uniforms. I sit on the Tenders team, liaising with them in regards to putting forward successful bids and sourcing the garments and equipment to fulfil the needs of the tenders we pitch for. I oversee the marketing within the business including the development of our Brochures and marketing materials. I have a strong working relationship with our Suppliers which helps us to bring the best and most innovative Corporatewear, Workwear and PPE on the market to our customers. As General Manager I'm focused in driving sales and streamlining the business through constant improvements within the day to day running of the company.I'm currently reforming the HR system within the company, ensuring that the new focus is on developing the strengths and abilities of the teams within Burlington Uniforms. Helping train and empower the staff within their roles which in turn helps them to push the business forward. I am our IOSH certificated Health and Safety/Environmental Manager and work on the EMS within the business. I also assist with the internal auditing and policy writing.
