As a mechatronics lecturer, I was responsible for developing and delivering course content, designing and supervising laboratory experiments, assessing student performance, and providing academic and career guidance to students. I had to be able to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to students with varying levels of understanding. I worked collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners to develop new courses and research projects.
