  NASCO properties is a land trust, owned by North American Students of Cooperation, which owns 14 buildings across the USA. The buildings are operated regionally by seven leasing cooperatives, that function for the most part autonomously with some central support. NASCO properties buildings house more than 250 residents in permanently affordable accommodation.
