Our buying and tech teams have an ambitious eco-friendly goal: offer 70% of locally sourced or organic produce to all our clients by 2021. Our fleet of delivery vehicles also run on Natural Gas! Following my previous position as Sales Director, we identified the need from our clients to be provided a special care. We decided to split this department into two instead, creating the Customer Success team. As a new challenge, I had to developed the customer care & customer retention methods. Leading a team of 4 people, I designed their portfolios and gave them the flexibility to impact on prices and product quality, trading with our suppliers in Rungis as well as with our own clients in Paris. Due to the managerial position, I had to modelled my own KPI's and exposed them to the executive members. This position allowed me to approached from a broad perspective every branches of the company and helped the CEO and COO in their desire to encourage a smooth communication and articulation amongst the teams.
