      Duties:My main responsibility is assisting health care professionals with claim queries / benefit enquiries at a first time call resolution, account reconciliation and remittance advice requests Clarification of PMB, NHRPL and knowledge of ICD10 coding. Assisted with calling different specialities to educate them about different ways of resolving or querying accounts or benefits confirmation.- Oncology Department: I was in oncology for 1 and a half year: I had the opportunity to work 1st in oncology call centre where I was trained to created new authorisations on ums on a first time call resolution, send out correspondence via Ums. I was there after taken to assist oncology admin department, where I assisted with email queries, I have experience in loading new authorisations on ums, updating schedules and approving authorisations. I have full understanding of loading a new authorisation and the process on Ums system.- RCA – I have done the RCA training and was given tasks to complete
