      I led all marketing and creative initiatives for the international consumer health and wellness brand as well as managing a team of three direct reports. I assumed the senior leadership role at the time of the digital shelf transformation where I implemented the first Amazon strategy in our company that led to Amazon becoming our #1 retailer in sales in less than a year. As part of the leadership team, I collaborated cross-functionally with executives and presented the brand strategy, business plan, creative direction, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and shareholders.My journey at Biocodex started as the Graphic Designer, where I quickly worked my way up to the Creative Manager and then to the Senior Creative Brand Manager within 4 years. Throughout these years, I developed and designed several advertising campaigns that spanned across TV, OTT, national magazines, in-store, websites, email, SEA, social media, influencers, display, mobile geo-targeting, Amazon, tradeshows, events, and much more.
