Warning: Working with Trisha Fry may turn you into a better person. It was my pleasure to work with Trisha Fry for just over two years at Cazarin Interactive. I was able to observe her work on many projects and worked closely with her as leaders within our organization. Trisha has a positive attitude that is completely contagious; it's pretty much impossible to have a bad day and carry on a conversation with her at the same time. She is also an enthusiastic workmate that takes on any new or unfamiliar task fearlessly. She is consistently observant and sensitive to the needs of all team members, and will not only offer help you, but is always prepared to back it up every time. On more than one project Trisha came to my rescue as an extra set of eyes in QA and as a result I was able to cross the finish line on time. As a director Trisha has provided invaluable counsel to our leadership team. She has helped guide our policy making to wise outcomes that have kept our company morale high and increased our employee retention rate, even through the pandemic. Trisha gets my highest recommendation as a co-worker and a friend.

    • General Manager
      • May 2016 - Aug 2016

Was initially hired as a contract employee to re-introduce and expand the Bull Run coffee brand which had recently been purchased back by its original owner. I began by conducting a comprehensive research project to determine product niche by identifying competition in a 3-state contiguous area. Was then hired as General Manager and tasked with bringing the new warehouse facility up to standards, which required new construction and city certification. Was the liaison between each business unit — marketing, production and distribution — identifying redundancies and creating efficiencies between them through the development and implementation of operational process. I also created quality service relations with all customers and venders with the use of effective management of our organizational change, while simultaneously managing profit and loss, payroll and inventory via QuickBooks. Additionally I contributed to our team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Position was eliminated when investing partners determined ROI was not likely in the near future. Show less
