I had the pleasure of working with Trish on the Software team in CMS Distribution Ireland. Her strong attention to detail, people skills, compassion and understanding helped to create a strong working relationship, one which I thoroughly enjoyed. Not to mention also a time I witnessed healthy professional development. Trish was instrumental in building our processes and relationships with customers and 3rd party partners. I look forward to working with Trish in the future and I know she will be a success in whatever path she chooses.

In this fast-paced environment, I was charged with directing and motivating up to 10 members of the Customer Service Desk team to offer support to Candidates and Clients in the UK and report directly to management in the UK, remotely. With up to 8 applications to coordinate, I consistently surpassed targets, resolving 55,000 calls on average and achieving 97% of SLAs per year. My involvement with the implementation of Reed’s CRM application X3, allowed me to familiarise myself with the interface, which is very similar to SalesForce software. To maximize productivity of my team, I ensured everyone was trained in Citrix Go To Assist and ServiceNow. This promoted best practice and ensured solutions delivered were accurate and remained with SLAs. For more urgent queries, I interpreted customer’s needs to formulate innovative solutions that managed expectations and collaborated with developers / support teams to gather feedback and promptly investigate any problems.Through performance reviews, I was able to quickly identify training gaps and I supported the HR department with personnel matters including recruitment, assessment and training of new employees. In my spare time, and in conjunction to my full-time position, I provided fitness programmes to children aged from 3 to 12 years and delivered mobility exercises and multi-sports programmes on behalf of Sligo Sports and Recreation Body. To accurately design such programmes, I interpreted their needs to identify key areas of improvement and choose exercises that would achieve desired outcomes. In addition, I led the warm-up for RTÉ’s Operation Transformation in Tubbercurry with the local leader. Show less
