September 2023 Dear Sir or Madam: It was my pleasure to have worked with Tricia Himebaugh while attending The Art Institute of Houston, and then later as a team member of her company EadoCreative. I worked hand in hand with as well as under direct supervision of Tricia on numerous academic endeavors as well as on professional creative projects. Working with Tricia was always gratifying and a privilege. Over the years we worked together, I found Tricia to be highly knowledgeable, dedicated to process improvement and doing things right, customer focused, detail oriented, always willing to take on new tasks and assignments, and open to feedback. One of the qualities Tricia possesses that I especially value is her ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences. Tricia is equally comfortable and effective speaking with technical personnel as well as people who have little or no technical knowledge. Tricia has the ability to match her level of conversation to the knowledge level of the person she is working with. Tricia is a patient person who can work with almost any audience to bring them to the place they need to be to understand the essentials or the details of her work. While working with Tricia, I valued not only her technical skills, but her artistic and creative abilities as well. I was very pleased, impressed, and often awed with her design work on our websites. Tricia worked closely with the content owners for different aspects of our websites to create products that were easy to use, visually pleasing, and customer focused. Tricia has thrived at every level of our profession. It is not routine for Developers to regularly interact with organizational senior leadership. However, Tricia not only worked individually with directors, deans, and vice presidents, but also met regularly with the presidents and their senior leadership team. This is a testament to Tricia's communication skills, business intelligence, and his ability as a Developer.
