In addition to monthly reporting, initiated efforts to improve project controls which included:Development of formula-based cash flow projections that allowed the quarterly cash flow to be prepared in a couple of hours instead of three days.Developed a one page project analysis tool that allowed a quick and effective monthly review of each of the 100 to 200 capital projects that made up the $100MM to $700MM annual capital budgets.
