Major achievements are, As a Training In-charge : # Established a training centre in the scrap dumped room by clearing the scraps to another room and ,making the… Show more I joined as Service Engineer in Numeric and become Training in charge during my training period itself.Established a training centre for service engineers and then promoted as Service Coordinator for North , Heading customer support for Delhi,Chandigarh,Dehradun,Jaipur and Bhopal.I was posted in Delhi in Dec 1995. Major achievements are, As a Training In-charge : # Established a training centre in the scrap dumped room by clearing the scraps to another room and ,making the space of around 200SFT. # Displayed all the wiring diagrams and testing points for all models of the UPS systems. # Wrote a battery manual and UPS training manual for guiding all battery technicians/ SEs. # Arranged the buy back UPS systems of Linear model , MOSFET model , Fuji model and IGBT models , made them working and then used them for trouble shooting in the training center to accelerate the training for new service engineers. As Service Supervisor : Visited various locations NIC offices in MP such as Guna, Siddhi, Rewa, Bina, Datia, Ambikapur, Sarguja etc, carrying batteries with me all alone and resolved current card problems in record 10 days. All back-up complaints and battery failures were resolved. After this project completion got promoted as Service Corodinator for North and posted in Delhi . . # brought down pending calls to NIL in 30 days. # SNMP based software installation first time in India was done in SBI, Chandigarh. # preventive maintenance was well planned and achieved 100% with 90% AMC collections. # Customer visits ,branch visits and regular training to team to improve the RT,TAT and Uptime . # Was attending 100s of breakdown calls myself taking toolkit ,when there is call received after office hour and engineers have left for the day or busy in other calls.       I started teaching Electrical Science to AMIE students in REC, Burla for a year and then shifted to Chennai for coaching mission.I started in a very small way and in 3 years ,I had almost 300 students and was teaching 5 batches for Section A, Electrical Science and 2 batches for Fundamentals of Electronics. My students include AMIE,IME and AMAeSI.
