- Prepare Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) to reflect business assumptions, actual transactions, internal /external impact. Provide the analysis reports with minimum supervision.- Coordinate the budget decentralization process and provide clear directions to all budget holders on budget information, criteria and deadlines, independently resolving any issue delaying the process, actively monitoring budget spending by project/account and review budget with departments to identify potential costs/savings for management decision.- Ensure smooth communication with accounting for consistently charges against budgeted account. Advise accounting entries from budget perspective to enhance financial statements presentation. Monthly review booking of specific accounts and propose the accounting department with the correct adjustment (if any).- Active involvement in Month-end and Year-end accruals process to ensure all commitments are accurately reflected in the Company’s financials.- Build and develop effective working relationships within the finance function and cross function - to enable achievement of objectives
