Tricia has an amazing array of skills, including a seeming familiarity with any software program at her disposal. She is equally adept at writing and presenting information, which we would expect from a high school teacher of English. However, what sets Tricia apart from others is an unwavering, careful attention to detail. When you have a conversation with Tricia about an ongoing project, she listens extremely carefully then presents you with options to get the job done, all perfectly aligned to the goals of the conversation or the project. Tricia has worked carefully with a very small team to lead our fairly large district's professional development planning process, and she has been invaluable to all of us!

I was fortunate to work with and supervise Ms. Troy for nearly three years. In those three years, I saw a true professional at work on a daily basis. Ms. Troy is motivated, efficient and highly successful in the classroom and in her relationships with students , staff and parents. Her attitude is infectious, she is a collaborative worker and is willing to go above and beyond what her daily duties might be. Her work with our yearbook was as successful as her classroom results. We were always amazed at the final product each year. I was extremely sad when she informed us that her husband had taken a job out of state and she would be moving. I can say with a great deal of confidence that wherever Ms. Troy works, their students, staff and administration will benefit greatly from her commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
