Patricia is a great boss, but moreover she is an asset to any company that has the privilege of bringing her on as a leader. This year alone, she led us to secure several new clients, as well as ensure budgeting stayed in line. It will be difficult to find anyone who knows the paperwork and cares for the guests as well as she does. Please don't let this recommendation insinuate that Patricia "goes easy" on people. She lays out what needs to be done and holds us to it. She doesn't suffer fools well, and that's to her credit. Patricia possesses the mythical combination of commanding respect and admiration. She is engaging and hands on with every member of her staff, from Housekeeping to Maintenance to the Front Desk. She knows what to do and how to do it.
