As an Associate Editor I contributed to the content of print publications: McCall's Quilting, Quick Quilts, Quiltmaker and Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks. I wrote pattern and feature copy, provided technical edits and copy proofreading and coordinated the selection of designs, pattern writing and pattern testing for Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks. As an online contributor, I recommended content topics, wrote blog post articles for the McCall's Quilting and Quiltmaker websites and coordinated the 100 Blocks blog tour. In addition, I initiated and completed survey and focus group research study to capture profile information about our quilting audience: developed the study proposal, created supporting materials, managed the completion of the study and summarized survey results. As a staff designer, we've published several of my quilt designs and patterns in Quiltmaker, McCall's Quilting and Quick Quilts.
