Since 2018, together with a few other women, Tricia and I have worked closely together on a tremendously successful local giving circle initiative, 100+ Women Who Care Lloydminster. Since inception of the group, Tricia has been assigned the dual roles of making connections with sponsors and in taking on primary marketing activities for the group which includes social media management and making connections with external media outlets for advertising purposes. She is easily able to leverage her intimate knowledge of the community of Lloydminster to make/grow relationships with community organizations and with local charitable organizations. In my time working on the 100+ Women project, Tricia she has been able to balance both an extremely demanding workload in her "day job", serve on boards outside of work, and still manage to exceed our group's expectations in her roles with our group. Tricia is an "out of the box" thinker, is consistently able to come up with innovative solutions, and goes above and beyond to ensure that results are achieved for any organization she has been associated with. Better than that she is a person who TRULY cares about not only about the group she is involved with, be that an employer, board, group or committee, but with the people (and their families) that each organization affects and has impact on. She is a bright light in a "oftentimes" pretty dull world. I am so proud to know her and to be able to call her my friend as well as my colleague.

I have worked with Tricia several times in different capacities. Tricia is a great leader and inspires her team every step of the way. Her work in the community is evident everywhere you look, through various volunteer positions and sponsorship opportunities. Tricia is an asset to her field and would be highly recommended by anyone that has the pleasure of working with her.
