Resend the forms for Re-Certification and Face to Face information to the appropriate states Medicaid agencies.  Contact our locations regarding Alabama Medicaid packets being submitted and follow up on denials of hospice authorizations.  Answer switchboard  Educate the locations on any policy and procedures that may have changed in the any states Medicaid policies.  Keep AR aging to 90% or > in collections each month Show less
