When I met Tricia a couple of years ago, I was immediately taken by her forthrightness, aspiration, and knack for getting things done. She had just joined an internal working group, a national consortium of state-level child abuse and neglect prevention communicators affiliated with Prevent Child Abuse America, which was convened to simultaneously discern the unique needs of each participant organization while deliberately leveraging and sharing specific and localized expertise and vision. Tricia was an indispensable addition to the group. She is an avid listener who inevitably delivers spot-on insights that divulge her propensity for tackling big challenges by distilling a multitude of perspectives and plotting a deliberate path forward.
