  Trey Guajardo serves as Executive Managing Director, overseeing the management of REOC’s Investment Fund. His focus is the execution of the Fund’s investment strategy while maintaining the proper balance of risk management and value creation. The objective of the Fund is to provide superior risk-adjusted returns by investing in both long-term and short-term/tactical opportunities consistent with REOC’s successful style of investing. Through asset allocation and selection, execution of the investment plan for each asset, and local market expertise, REOC has a track record of improving operational performance to enhance net operating income yielding capital appreciation. Prior to joining REOC, Trey was Chief Operating Officer for Capital Commercial Investments. In this capacity, Trey was primarily responsible for increasing profitability and operational performance in the areas of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Portfolio Management. During his tenure, the company’s AUM grew from $500 million to $2.5 Billion. Trey also held executive positions with USAA Real Estate Company during his 23-year tenure. As the Acquisitions Lead for the Western half of the U.S., he completed $1 billion in acquisitions consisting of office and industrial projects.
