I was assigned the audit of Southern Union which was a group of companies in the oil and gas industry.I performed the field work of complex sections namely, Asset Retirement Obligations, Regulatory Assets, Accruals and Provisions, Intangible Assets, Operating Expenses, Environmental Provision, Journals Testing, Inventory/System Gas, Deferred Charges, Long term Debt, Accrued Interest, Cashflow, 10K Tie out, Reporting Documents and review of certain sections.In addition to the SEC Reporting audit, I performed work on the YE audits of 6 standalones for FERC purposes. I was the project senior on this audit.
