Cormac Technicians provide a full range of Building Surveying consultancy and property services. As a Junior Architectural Technician, I was responsible for the preparation of planning applications, ranging from one off housing through to commercial and residential developments, to the relevant local authorities for the practice. I was also responsible for production of working and construction drawings for these projects with constructional detailing for project implementation on site.
