Jenn Martens
Trevor has been leading our team since October of 2022 and has been blowing every expectation we had as a team out of the water. He is compassionate, engaged with his employees and their success in their individual roles. He's an expert in change management and has thrown himself into every Kal Tire. I was tremendously impressed with his team mentality when he rolled up his sleeves to assist the team during our busy selling season this year to help a short staffing issue and to experience for himself first hand the challenges we were facing recruiting with Kal Tire. He is the definition of leading by example. Friendly, kind, with a drive to get things done in a way I've never seen before on the TA team with Kal. It's a pleasure to work with him, learn from him and I hope to have a lot more wonderful things to say about this great boss in the years to come in our roles with Kal Tire :)
