After a company reorganization in which AMOS was dissolved and merged with it's sister organisation, Technip Marine Operations Services (TMOS), in the UK I was retained in the above capacity. • Manage multinational personnel working on construction and pipelay vessels, with a direct-report team of 5 U.K. employees. Oversee crewing for 7 fleet vessels with ~500 crew members, managing Human Resources, personnel, & training functions. • Serve as Houston representative for Offshore Personnel Services , liaising with Houston office stakeholders as point of contact for queries, questions, and management issues. • Support new business development efforts by providing advisement and guidance on matters related to marine and offshore manning. • Supervise employees charged with maintaining personnel statuses, legal requirements, and company mandates – ensuring crew members comply with current regulations before mobilizing to vessel. • Crew newly introduced fleet vessels from scratch, leveraging mentorship and training to develop inexperienced crew into qualified professionals. • Promote efficient operations through policy & procedure management, invoice authorization, contract negotiation, and budgetary oversight. Select Achievements: • Successfully managed strategy, integration , and implementation of all TMOS policies and procedures. • Following merger of American Marine Operations Services (AMOS) with TMOS, oversaw seamless employment transfer of American marine and construction crew to Technique Singapore. Negotiated changeover contracts and arranged all related benefits. • Established in-house rigger competency program in line with OPITO standards to ensure skill availability and quality.
