Trevor and I worked together at Bluehost/Endurance International. I absolutely look up to and admire Trevor! I can't even count the times that he has personally helped and supported me, our Agile PMO group and our local ScrumMasters. Trevor implemented feature level reporting with me which provided program level insight to one of our bigger initiatives. He created Agile/Scrum training for our Engineering department. He mentored many ScrumMasters. Helped educate and support Sr Leadership, Product Management and Stakeholders on Agile practices and reporting. I could go on and on with all the amazing things Trevor has accomplished. He cares about the people he works with and always goes above and beyond to help improve Agile Transformation. Trevor consistently goes above and beyond in every way, whether it be coaching teams, to helping with writing monotonous queries, to even just being a listening ear on a particularly challenging day. Trevor always has time to help. He is a true "servant leader" and he consistently sees the best in people as he works diligently to help them recognize it in themselves. Trevor is able to teach and coach effectively because his knowledge is built upon prior successes. Trevor is a key component in our Agile transformation and while he understands his role he remains humble and teachable, always ready to help and serve no matter where the problem lies.
