Recruit apprentices for local & national companies from NAS website and HCUK applicants Work towards KPI’s Attend and present at HCUK, JCP and school events to talk about apprenticeships Attend mock interview sessions with local schools Promote the College and it’s values Communicate with employers regarding disciplinary/grievance issues concerned with apprentices Action plan apprentices Issue contracts of employment Network with HCUK staff across the group Network with external training providers/employers Conduct apprentice exit interviews Alongside recruiting I also assess Maths, English & IT levels, offer pre interview sessions to advise on CV's and interview skills, attend school open events and deliver tutorials in the classroom. It's one of the most rewarding jobs I can think of to see young people develop. Show less
