Trevor has been a phenomenal understudy and to clarify not who I report to. That being said…. Trevor joined our Accounting and Finance team earlier this year and has absolutely owned the role. He has become one of our best recruiters in a short amount of time. He is a sponge who absorbs knowledge quickly. As a recent college graduate, he understands the stress of finding a job out of college. He knows how to set up candidates for success, and understands the path that needs to be laid out for candidates to reach their goals. I have been absolutely impressed by Trevor's work ethic, his willingness to learn, improve on a daily basis, and the professionalism he brings. What has been most impressive is how he has established rapport with high level candidates in senior leadership roles and established relationships by successfully placing them in jobs they enjoy. I highly recommend Trevor if you are looking to grow as an Accounting or Finance professional.
