I also calculated the OEM interior branch budget, and revised it to ensure themost efficient manufacturing. I established and maintained a working relationship with anationwide sub-contractor install base team;• Increased our OEM sales by creating new business relationships two of the mostprominent gaming manufactures in the world.• Single handedly, created a working relationship and nationwide data base of signinstallation companies in remote locations, thus increasing our reachable market anddecreasing the customers install / service cost.As a project manager I increased the OEM signage account from a side job, to a revenuegenerating department. I also oversaw customer service to all interior OEM customers includingtimely completion and delivery of signs, sites surveys, ordering of additional parts, fabricationcompletion and installation signs. As well as, developing and overseeing budget expenses andkeeping cost of sign manufacturing within bid.• Increased OEM Department revenue to the extent that in just two years an additionalshop was needed to accommodate production.• Promoted as the youngest project manager in the company's 75 year history.
