  I'm a Lead Driver and Driver trainer. Using a 48'-53' foot trailer I go to local transfer station and get loaded with trash, demo, or recycle and then transport it to the landfill, mrf, or burner that it goes to. Preform pre and post trips daily and follow all safety procedures. Use the Smith System when driving. I have a lot of experience using the following trailers, walking floor, tipper, both frameless and framed end dump and paddle trailer. I train new drivers on proper procedures of work required and equipment we use and how to use it safely, and evaluate them on job performance, safety and attitude. Show less
