As part of this group, I cover a wide variety of tasks including: o Managing RealTime/Case Management FALCON rule code creation, maintenance, and analysis to ensure timely and accurate implementation of fraud prevention rules. o Designing and implementing new tools or reports to assist Risk Analysts in their daily work. o Direct training of Risk Analysts in the use of report and tools as well as teaching basic rule strategy (pattern recognition, critical thinking, etc.) o Initially started out running a variety of daily reports in Access, but quickly began improving their efficiency and automating as much as I could. Try to do the same for any process that is run on a routine basis. o Manage special projects to increase efficiency of internal tools and new revenue generating programs within Fiserv's Risk Office. o Build internal tools to increase fraud stopping capabilities for Fiserv Risk Office clients and Risk Analysts.
