  My responsibilities include: • Provide construction forces with design/analysis of special tools as needed or requested for field activities . • Technical drawing review and checking for release of design media to fabrication shop and work planning. • ECN and DCN origination to update AutoCAD drawings. • Inspection of completed field work to verify it conforms to engineering design documentation. • Construction support: design media clarification; work package review, pen and ink (field) changes; and drafting of safety related documentation to comply with DOE regulations during planned construction activities. • Review and approve vendor documentation for fabrication, instrumentation and testing of project components. • Review and approval of vendor redline changes for fabrication of project components • Ensure construction activities stay on schedule by providing all around company support to various departments including QA, design engineering, procurement, construction leads, vendors, work planning and nuclear safety • Write technical evaluations to meet Safety Administrative Controls for the AY-102 Recovery Project • Meet with design agent once a week to establish initial design and redesign for phase II of the AY-102 Recovery Project.
