Trevor has a unique combination of strengths interpersonally and analytically. He can inspire a team, challenge an idea, or articulate a concept as well as anyone. In doing so he is inclusive and open minded, and adapts to new information that can shift his perspective. Analytically, he is able to identify the key questions that will lead to actionable insights. He also has the capacity to learn and curiosity needed to upskill his analytical capacity to track down the answers. His potential is unlimited, but more importantly, he raises the potential of the people around him.

This has been the longest and most prosperous job that I have had. I started at the beginning of my junior year in high school and have continued working here through college. My experiences at Dunkin' have broadened my abilities and skill set in both the workforce and in my personal life. Dunkin' has taught me how to balance both work and school at once, how to step up and lead coworkers when necessary, and how to collaborate with my coworkers to make our guests' experience as great as possible. American Eagle was my summer job between my freshman and sophomore year of college while my home Dunkin' did not have hours to give over the summer. This was my first 'management' role with a company. I acted as a middleman between the management team and the sales associates in order to increase conversion and sales as well as negate losses. I also acted as a Leader on Duty many times when there were scheduling conflicts with the management team. As a Leader on Duty, I assigned tasks to the sales associates, monitored sales, and solved any problems that arose during a shift. Show less

This was what I consider to be my first 'real' job. I started just after my sophomore year in high school and worked 20+ hours per week for the first time in my life. This job taught me many things about being a part of the workforce, such as: collaborating with managers and coworkers to ensure the successful operation of the store, always employing great communication skills with customers in order to make their shopping experience joyful, and how to maintain a consistent personal schedule.
