Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of agriculture equipment. Proper diagnosis was successful due to the use of electrical and hydraulic schematics and computer diagnosing software. After diagnosing, repairing problems in an efficient manner was key in preventing customer downtime. systems on equipment included hydraulic and pneumatic, diesel and gas engines, transmission, 12/24 volts DC, air conditioning, suspension and powertrain, GPS, body and engine control modules. Before, during and after repair communication was important to both company and customers. This eliminated any and all gray area and kept all parties informed of repairs needed and made. During times of year, customer in the agriculture industry have very little time for down equipment due to following weather patterns. Diagnosing and conducting any and all repairs properly resulted in greater productivity on both sides.
