I had the privilege of working with Trevor Benassi at the Apple Leisure Group Salt Lake Office while he was employed as a software engineer. When I started working with Trevor he was a junior engineer, he was very sharp, dependable and very hard working. He soon shed the title of ‘Junior’ as he became a full-fledged developer and leader amongst the team. Trevor was always developing with the highest standards and was the epitome of what a developer should be. He never backed down from complex jobs. He would tackle them and produce a well-tested, quality solution ready to be integrated and deployed. Trevor was always looking for ways to increase his knowledge, academic as well as technical. He was constantly reading and applying what he read in his daily work. Many times, Trevor would pair program with more senior engineers to teach him to become a more proficient software engineer.
