  In this job I currently am responsible for bookkeeping, and payroll for multiple clients. In these tasks I update bank accounts in accounting software, enter payables and receivables, reconcile bank and other GL accounts, and help with month end closes for clients as well. I am also responsible for creating and sending draws to loan officers for construction loan accounts. I also have gained a lot of experience in Quickbooks and developed skills in Excel through this position. Beyond these responsibilities, I have also learned a great deal about process improvement, and how to not waste or underutilize resources such as time, employees in a business, etc. Show less
