• Redesigned a stocking system from scratch utilizing Microsoft Excel, the system was subsequently adopted across the business• Established and maintained standardized inventory monitoring systems reducing overstocking from $100k to $25k while reducing stockouts from 4-5 time a month to almost never• Reduced shrinkage from 5% to less than 3% of total stock• Reduced the average age of inventory from 3 months to one month by proper cycling of items• Increased stock turnover by 30% by analyzing buying trends and making alterations to the planograms in the stores to subsequently double sales• Reduce stock variation by establishing an independent monitoring system which can be used to easily sort out any discrepancies between real and book values during the monthly cycle counts.• Reduced the levels of obsolescence by 50%• Increased sales revenue by 72% in 2018as compared to 2017, through maximizing pre-existing systems and creating more efficient system of logistics
