Trent is a passionate and capable Learning and Development practitioner. I've participated in a number of his 'Fishbowl' experiences where Trent brings together groups of leading HR, L&D, Talent and Performance practitioners and strategists to share experiences and help create the future. Each has been a valuable experience and exceptionally well planned. Trent's eye for detail shines through. Trent is also a highly personable man. His integrity is beyond doubt. Collaborative by nature, he always puts others first while being focused on delivering the best. I would certainly recommend Trent as a consummate professional.

I have had the pleasure to work with Trent over the past 2 years on the Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills Group conferences in London. His professionalism and attention to detail have been of the highest standard, and he has repeatedly been pro-active about identifying and dealing with issues. Trent is passionate and creative in his work, demonstrating this through his commitment, ideas for improvement, and his professional attitude. He has played a pivotal role that ensured the quality of all presentations for the speakers were of acceptable standards, while collaborating with the conference technical team to outline the speakers technical needs prior to and on the day on the conferences. Trent has recently returned to his home of Australia, however he continues to support the conferences remotely. He is utterly reliable and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.

PSK Performance stage interactive events such as Fishbowl and Workshops that focus on current research, 'hot topics' within industry, and promoting collaborative discussions through sharing of experiences. With some of the best in local and international talent in their field of specialism , each event openly discusses current and future trends to provoke questions on a range of common issues and topics. Each session works with smaller and adaptable size groups, to allow maximum opportunity to contribute and learn. Working with reputable experts, the session provides opportunities for you to gain first hand knowledge and information which can be applied in your role. This model encourages the audience to become a contributor in the discussions where they can raise issues and seek answers to their questions. Networking and developing new connections is important, that's why each event factors in sufficient time to meet and network with fellow participants. Just bring your open mind, thoughts, insights and experiences with you! www.pskperformance.com.au
