This effort increased online traffic by over 250% which increased brand awareness and clinic visits. • Championed effort that increased provider productivity and weekly visits by 25% through streamlining scheduling and clinic processes. • Directed talented team of clinic managers that won the company’s 2016 Quality Award for best Population Health scores for chronic disease and preventative health measures. Selected Naval Career Achievements • Led the Construction Management team that consolidated 3 geographically dispersed clinics into 1 new $11M clinic that opened in June 2010. • As Emergency Manager, directed the safe evacuation of over 200 personnel and the safeguarding of 3 facilities and clinical assets before, during, and after Hurricane Gustav in August 2008. • Directed the purchase and logistics of a mobile Cardiac Cath Lab, and a CT scan that saved over $250K in leasing of equipment and over $100K annually in MEDEVAC costs. • Through policy changes, quality control, standardization, and contract management, created an overall savings in excess of $200K.
