The algorithms combine Nielsen's survey and people-meter datasets to give more statistical significance to the radio ratings derived from those datasets, which are used as currency in their industry.

  Designed and built an agent-based model in Java with a Flash-based web front-end that enabled Eli Lilly to run market penetration scenarios for one of their portfolio drug to help them decide pricing and which new market to focus on. Involved modeling and calibrating the behaviors of a variety of players - patients, competitors, and insurance carriers.

  Built a variety of software modules in Ruby that included an SBML (System Biology Markup Language) Importer, a stand-alone Web Service and Browser interface for remote scientists to run simulations, and a RESTful API to access the functionality of their Cellucidate website, including running simulations of protein interactions to facilitate drug- development and other research tasks for computational biologists.
