Jan 2018 - Present
Red Roo extends on my previous experience in operation management, as well as client services. In any given day I can go from answering client enquiries, to physically printing t-shirts, to receiving training on new garments or products that have been launched in the industry. With a background in printing, the uniforms and promotional products business is a complimentary but challenging environment that I love. The variables in products to garments keeps it entertaining, and it is all focused around presenting another companies branding in the best possible way. Show less

Production Manager/Estimator
-
2004 - 2009
In September 2004 we jumped at the opportunity to purchase Mr Labels from the Sydney owned group ASSTA. Following this acquisition there was a requirement for someone to fill the role in Production Management, which I put my hand up for and carried this on until 2009.Again I was able to easily manage this role and excel at it. Working with the team on the floor having knowledge of printing plus customer service ensured that I was aware of the importance of meeting client demand.

Sales Executive
-
2001 - 2004
I progressed into Sales and excelled. I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship building aspect of sales, and the challenge to exceed my customers expectations kept me motivated in this position. The relationships that I built in this period I still hold today in long term clients that I respect and enjoy doing business with.

A four year apprenticeship that I excelled at and completed in three years, a printing apprenticeship has opened up many doors. It gave me the base knowledge to continue my career in printing and forge a path in any direction.
