Leader in creating a new Product Management group taking Brightstar from a Carrier based custom solution company to Market Driven, reusable product development company. Partnered with technology directors to transition from Waterfall to Agile (SCRUM) methodology. Created and delivered on the Product Roadmap through feature prioritization and collaboration between Associate Product Managers and their assigned SCRUM teams, through Epics, features, and user stories. Completed data driven analysis utilizing Adobe Analytics to run A/B testing on the hum android and iOS mobile application that led to an app store rating increase from 2.0 to 4.5 stars and the Google Play store from 2.2 to 4.7 stars.
