When having a dependable, hard-working and professional worker as Trena is, it's hard not to notice the positive impact she has within the team, let alone company. Along with a great use of initiative, Trena took direction very well and if she didn't know how to resolve an issue initially, she would certainly find out how to in a short amount of time. As well as leading by example independently, Trena always had such a positive role within the team and was a pleasure working with. A great asset to any company.
