After hiring Tre for some project-based work, I offered him a full-time position in New York as one of my Project Managers and can confidently say that I would hire Tre over and over again. Our projects were complex in nature and custom by design so being successful requires vast technical knowledge and a problem-solver mentality. Tre accepted and embraced that reality in a way that I think most would find impressive because it is naturally intimidating. Tre’s commitment to the company and his clients make him valuable in many roles, but his drive to be the best will always help him excel.

There isn't anyone like Tre. He is incredibly ambitious, determined and opportunistic. On site he is one of the best project managers we've seen. He is instantly likeable, knowledgeable about technology and problem solving and understanding of client needs. He can spark up a conversation with anyone and get them onside instantly. I think he would be great in sales, project management, event management and many other areas. One piece of advice - don't challenge him to a dance off.
