      I set up, lead and develop the Coaching Focus Group as a coaching led consultancy that helps organisations develop high performance workplace cultures.       I have pioneered and led the development of a web-based Coaching Management System, mye-coach. The platform now supports over 80 organisations and thousands of users, many on an ongoing subscription licence.
