Bio
John C. Rowland
I had the pleasure to work with Travis as he transitioned from an in-house IT role to that of a consulting system engineer. After working for many years with the client as an employee, that kind of change isn't easy. He embraced the change with aplomb-- exhibiting the same dedication the client along with a real eagerness to use new tools, learn about new technologies, and apply best practices that were focused on results. He did this, while still supporting infrastructure that was in many cases end-of-life-- he'd drive from one end of Indiana to the other at a moment's notice to address whatever needed to be resolved without complaint. Sometimes when supporting equipment or software that isn't under formal support from a vendor, he needed to get creative, and he did whatever was needed to make it work. I sincerely enjoyed working with Travis, as a former manager and colleague, and would heartily recommend him to any organization that could use dedicated and creative help from their IT support team.
