      Still in high school, I started my own balloon twisting company aimed at birthdays and events. This is where I discovered that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Plus, I learned the skills to properly run a business. Mainly, I learned how to generate customers using Google Adwords. After hundreds of hours studying and testing Adwords I began to see some pretty incredible results. Soon, Adwords became my most successful channel for generating new business! I learned everything I know about Adwords with my own money on the line. So I understand the pain of investing money into marketing and not seeing a return. But I also know the excitement that comes from knowing I can make $5 for every $1 I invest into Adwords! I knew that balloon twisting was a good job but never my dream career. Luckily, I was able to take all I learned about Adwords and help other businesses get the same incredible results I did.       My first job was incredibly fun! I got to make balloon animals and balloon hats for kids in Downtown Disney. Luckily, my first job also taught me more than I ever could've hoped for! Being an independent contractor I quickly learned that if I didn't make any balloons, I didn't make any money. This meant sales became a huge aspect of my job, so I learned all I could to effectively market and sell my balloon animals. I consumed as many books and articles on the subject as I possibly could until sales and marketing became natural for me. Then my customer service and relationship marketing skills developed. If I could connect and engage a customer, that usually meant a large tip. My social and interpersonal skills developed quickly!
