Travis is a detail-oriented and creative individual who made his presence on our cross-functional team known. As an engineer, he did a fantastic job of listening to marketing as well as our customers to design ideas for new products which would not only answer their needs but also fix the root cause of why their need was an issue. When challenged, Travis always had excellent insight into why he made the changes he did and raised a lot of good questions for the rest of the team proving to be a huge asset. Travis also truly cares about his team members and the success of everyone involved and is willing to go above and beyond what is asked of him to make sure the project and his team members succeed. I would be happy to work with Travis again in the future and recommend him for any projects he may pursue in the future.
