      I was assigned to multiple projects with this company in this roll. Kernersville, NC drove sales of service and tires. the emphasis in this location was to exceed target goals while maintaining impeccable audit standards. This location was my first and formative introduction to the company and was instrumental in my success. the next assignment was to restore operational compliance and team standards to a location which failed a corporate audit with a score of 38%. The store was restored to operational audit compliance within twenty eight days with a corporate reaudit of 88% and maintained an average of 92% till I was assigned to Thomasville NC. to assist new manager in getting an operational standard compliant with corporate standards. This location recieved the highest audit score in the district at 94.2% while driving sales growth at 9%. This location had a series of challenges and a full time to part time balance challenge. The Sales were slowing in both segments due to poor accountability and messaging as well as operational deficiencies which resulted in under performing audit results. Sales growth was accomplished through team engagement and customer service standards being instilled and followed. The operational deficiencies were corrected by teaching coaching and training as well as enforcing company policies and rewarding success. The commercial parts manager was a seasoned professional which simply needed support to attack the market and count on the General Managers support. That was the easy part.
