  As a Farm Services Officer with Bega Dairy and Drinks (BBD), I work closely with BBD’s Victorian supplier base, delivering services to help suppliers maintain milk quality, strengthen individual dairy businesses, improve farm productivity, and enhance the implementation of new information and technology for the benefit of BBD and its suppliers. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, I was successful in securing and building the supply base through building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers.   As a Strategic Manager with National Livestock Reporting Service (NLRS), I had overall responsibility for the management and strategic direction of NLRS including managing a $1.8 million budget from industry and commercial funding streams, leading and supporting 4 head office staff and 23 regionally based Livestock Market Officers, developing and implementing NLRS policies, strategies and KPIs for Meat & Livestock Australia’s Annual Operating Plan, and designing and executing NLRS software packages.
